At Better You Psychology we want to eliminate rural and remote living as a barrier to accessing quality psychological support by offering a telehealth service dedicated to supporting people living across rural and remote Australia.
Our telehealth service allows you to connect with a qualified psychologist from the comfort and privacy of your own home, no matter where you live.
Through secure and confidential video appointments, we provide the same professional care you would expect from an in-person consultation. Telehealth appointments offer flexibility, convenience and accessibility, making it easier to fit support into everyday life.

Jessica is a registered Psychologist with almost 20 years of experience providing psychological support to people across Australia. She has worked extensively with individuals living in rural and remote areas, both through in-person visits and telehealth services, giving her a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced outside major cities.
Jessica is passionate about supporting people to build resilience by increasing self-awareness, developing effective coping strategies, and strengthening meaningful connections. She has a particular interest in helping people understand and process traumatic experiences.
Jessica is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and uses this evidence-based approach to support clients in working through trauma and improving their overall wellbeing.
Her approach is gentle, compassionate, and centred around you. Jessica works to tailor therapy to your individual needs, helping you build the skills and confidence to move forward in areas that matter most to you.
